Our Booking Process
Once we receive your completed request form, our parish events coordinator will contact you directly. We will set up a personal consultation to meet, discuss your specific requests, and outline how we can best fulfill your event needs.
Please note that booking the Catacomb Café for private events is limited to specific days and times due to the parish’s existing schedule of Masses, devotions, and parish events. All event requests are reviewed by the parish team and require formal approval.
Venue Policies & Guidelines
Please note that all scheduled events require formal approval by the pastor. Additionally, all activities and decorations must remain in full compliance with Chicago Archdiocesan policies and procedures.
